Fairy Tale Part I

Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful princess in a huge castle along with her royal family. She had many prince and princess friends. When she passed her sweet 16, she met her true love among her prince friends. She instantly fell in love and was ready to marry this prince. But her parents were completely against this idea and thought that she was way too young to get married. They were her royal parents after all, the king and queen who ruled all of her life, so when she finished her royal high school, it was time to go away to college. She was then forced to leave behind her true love and go away to another castle for her education.

She stayed in the City Castle for four years. In these years, she met a variety of princes and princesses from all over the world. She learned so much about diversity and different cultures. When those four years ended, she knew she's become a completely different person. However, although she met a few handsome princes, she never forgot about her true love. When she came back to her castle, she was ecstatic to finally have her "happily ever after" with her true love. But when she came back, she found out that the love of her life has also left the castle and is leading his life in another place with another purpose. The princess of our story became absolutely hopeless about love.

She decided to take a little break from her education and went down to the beautiful garden of her castle. This garden was like no other. It was filled with beautiful flowers and springs. It resembled an enchanted paradise more than anything else. One day, when she was staring into the deep sparkling springs, she suddenly spotted a reflection. When she turned back, she was met with a man with the kindest eyes. She stood there, dazed. She was trying to take in this man's beauty. He may not have been aware of it, but his heart was made of gold and it shone its way through the princess's heart.

The man fell in love with the princess way before she even turned back to look into those eyes. His love for her is what drew her to his light. It didn't take much time for the two to eternally fall in love with each other. It was more like a few seconds in reality though for the two lovers it passed like a lifetime....

  1. " His love for her is what drew her to his light"

I both don't like and like this sentence. I like that she was drawn, but I don't like the context of it...it makes one think she was drawn only because of the love he had for her...?! and I don't think that's what you meant, so it could probably be worded better.

Other than that, lucky princess; she has a prince and can write really well ;)
